Tauranga Forges Ahead
Over the last 18 months or so it has become very clear that Tauranga will never be a “sleepy hollow” again. The growth is now accelerating and it is even conceivable that after Auckland, Tauranga will eventually become New Zealand’s second city. For example we now have four listed Companies and at least ten national head offices based here, there will be more.
While not so good for lifestylers, this is great news for local business and investors. Business's that want to grow have every opportunity to do so. Business's that are already established have a significant advantage.
For business planning, the primary implication is to factor growth into every model. Recognise it, understand it, plan for it - it is there for those who want it!
