We have recently completed a survey of clients to establish needs and satisfaction with our services. As a result we have gathered a huge amount of really useful information and will be working hard over the next year to action the suggestions received. Highest on the list of needs were tax minimisation, business strategies and growth advice and profit improvement advice.
We also had interesting comments like “we want to see more of you at our place” and “just because you know it, don’t assume we do!”. Overall satisfaction was a very flattering 9/10, so we have to work hard to ensure we at least maintain that. Many, many thanks to those of you who took part in the survey.
Our excellent record of no employee turnover since we formed Fraser’s has (inevitably) been broken with Mandy deciding to retire! Not really, she wanted to spend more time with her daughter and on her accounting studies so has taken another position with reduced hours. We will all miss her friendly smile and efficient service and wish her well in her new role.
